I have been working out for over 10 years. I have been 245lbs and strong and 203lbs and shredded. I have tried many different variations and have found what works and what doesn't. I have lots of experience and want to share that knowledge with others and help them achieve their goals.

I want to get to know you and determine what your goals are. Once we figure it out, I will put together a custom nutrition and exercise program that will help you achieve your goals. It s imperative to think not only short term but long term as well.
I want to help you live into your 70 s, 80 s and 90 s as an active, healthy adult.
Aging is inevitable, but you can slow down and prevent many of the health disorders, as you age, that keep you from being mobile and pain free. You must make a conscious choice for better health every day. You only get one body, and you have to commit to changing bad habits in order to achieve the results you want.
I will help you achieve those results, little changes, long term, will have a great impact on improving the rest of your life.

Duration = 4, 8 and 12 week programs offered.

My Qualifications = International Sports Sciences Association certified fitness trainer. Competes in Bodybuilding.
