I charge $50 to get started. Then, after you receive your first month of pay, I take a 50% commission.
I know how hiring decisions are made at businesses of all sizes. I have experience in management working for a Fortune 500 company. There are many things the HR department will look for that are not covered by resume writers.
Optionally, I also provide a report on what your typical salary should be for your experience level, and set up a plan to obtain a job at the timeline that you need it.
For example, you should try to aim above industry average. But, if you absolutely need a job immediately, it might make sense to take a job at 5% less than the average, and build a plan to get a raise or new job to beat that average salary over a 2-3 year period.
My experience in graphic design and web technologies also helps add flair and a competitive advantage.
