Winters Editing Firm is a diverse team of fantastically talented and friendly editors.

We make the writing process fun and help emerging and established writers create stunning works of literature one word at a time, with our proofreading, copyediting, and developmental editing services.

Mark Twain once said The difference between the almost right word and the right word is really a large matter--it's the difference between the lightning bug and the lightning. We here at Winters Editing Firm have devoted so much of our lives to the studious art of words, and it shows in our work.

Clients are paired with the ideal editor for them and their project. Different editors on our team have different areas of expertise, and of course it's important you and your editor get along well so that every day of writing work will be something you both look forward to!

For clients who plan to self publish we also offer book layout and design assistance. For clients who plan to land an agent or a book contract with a major publishing house, we offer assistance with query letters and book proposals. All our services are tailored to fit the specific book/author's aspirations and needs. We will also take it upon ourselves to pay light but consistent attention to your growth as a writer, during the (hopefully!) years we'll work together.
