This is a good sturdy quality piece of equipment. It is very stable and function like some of the larger or more expensive reformers. This definitely holds it's own. You can keep it by the wall and then easily slide it over for the workout. All of the parts work smoothly.
I love it. t he only reason I am selling is because I am moving to a smaller place, otherwise I would gladly keep it. This machine sells for $450 or more. It is in excellent conditions.

The Stamina AeroPilates with Free-Form Cardio Rebounder allows you to reach and maintain your target heart rate as effectively as with a treadmill.
