http://Veritacall.com , an Arise Virtual Solutions Partner, is seeking remote customer service professionals. This is a FT/PT Independent Contract position.

Provide customer care from the comfort of your home office for Fortune 500 Companies. This is inbound, virtual call center work. Perfect for the stay-at-home parent, college student, retiree and those that cannot work outside of the home due to medical limitations. This opportunity is also great for those that want to ditch the standard 9-5 or for those that are looking for a side gig. There is no selling or referring for this opportunity. You are paid based on the hours that you service. You can expect to earn $11-$20 per hour based on the client you take calls for. You are your own boss and set your own schedule after certification.

The most successful virtual agents are self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, have at least basic computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and excellent customer service skills.

This is an independent contractor position. You are responsible for your own taxes, benefits and fees, etc. You must be 18 years of age or older and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test. CSP s are being accepted in all states EXCEPT CA, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR and WI.
