The Client Service Associate will perform administrative and office support activities.
Administrative duties to include fielding incoming telephone calls, handling customer service requests, processing new business, scanning, updating office calendar, maintaining Client Relationship Management (CRM) database, organizing and executing client communications, keeping current with industry compliance regulations and scheduling and preparing for client meetings.
